Have integrity that I have not found with larger HVAC companies
Ross Heating & Cooling is a reputable firm that I have worked with on my residential properties. Bill and his team are quick to respond, communicate well, and have integrity that I have not found with larger HVAC companies. Bill is honest about what should be done vs. what would make him the most money. He has put “Me” first, and not his bottom line. I would recommend Bill and his team to anybody looking for competent HVAC contractor with integrity. Thanks Bill and Jason for all that you have done for us.

“I called Ross Heating and Cooling because my older furnace wasn’t putting out much heat and the heat pump fan stopped working. **** and ******* were awesome! They answered all my questions, thoroughly. I didn’t feel like I was constantly being fed a sales pitch. (like I have with other HVAC companies in the past) They fixed the fuse in the heat pump, gave everything a thorough cleaning and provided a quote to rebuild some parts that will need work soon. The furnace is 20+ years old and will probably not last much longer. I SO appreciated that they didn’t try to constantly sell me a new furnace, but provided less expensive alternatives to get me by until I can afford a new one. These fellows were fast, clean, professional and courteous. And bonus, my pets (3 cats and 1 dog) loved them! : ) I will definitely be using Ross Heating and Cooling again!”

“I came home from work on Friday to find the AC wasn’t cooling. I was hosting a party the next day, so I had to get it taken care of right away. I called a bigger name company first, and they scheduled someone for the next morning. Ross was my next call to get a second estimate. His visit/diagnosis fee was only a few dollars lower than the first but he was able to come out that day, so I agreed and cancelled the first company. The owner showed up to do the work. He was very polite and professional, and he was telling me what he was doing and why every step of the way. The problem was a low freon level, and he was able to recharge it right then. He also gave me some tips on what I can do to help the compressor operate better over time. The overall fee was right where I expected it to be. I would recommend this company to others.”
